O CETAD Observa se propõe difundir e alimentar a rede de informações sobre serviços, instituições, organizações e associações em todo estado da Bahia que estejam envolvidos, direta ou indiretamente, no tema de álcool e outras drogas. O objetivo é facilitar a busca de informações para a área de saúde, assistência social, justiça, entre outros, que atenda as demandas associadas ao uso ou abuso de substâncias psicoativas.
